When Dr. Jane Foster gets cursed with a powerful entity known as the Aether, Thor is heralded of the cosmic event known as the Convergence and the genocidal Dark Elves.
"The second part of Marvel's Thor, the God of Thunder trilogy. The movie ties up loose ends left from the hero's first movie and The Avengers film, putting fan-favorite villain Loki as a kind of anti-hero. The real antagonist is Malekith, played by Christopher Ecclestone (from 'Doctor Who'), who wants to control the power of the "aether" - in reality, the Infinity Stone of Reality. Unfortunately, the movie repeats the mistakes from the first 'Thor' while disregarding its main qualities. Nevertheless, it's a good entertainment that has repercussions for the stories to be told afterward."
